Breitling Fighters

For 5 years (1999 – 2004), we have been closely associated with Breitling, the Swiss Chronographer manufacturer, flying as the “BREITLING FIGHTERS”. During each year we flew as the Breitling Fighters, the team flew almost 600 sorties covering more than 20 events with 9 different fighters throughout Europe ranging from England and Scotland to Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Austria and France. The core of the Breitling Fighters Team included Spitfire MkIX, Curtiss P40 Kittyhawk, P51 Mustang, F4U Corsair and L39 Albatross. In addition, we operated a T6 Harvard at some events.

Live Experience 

Old Flying Machine Company project a high profile image of excellence, challenge and excitement. At the same time, working with their sponsors, they provide selected people with the “Live” experience. For example, some kind of competition could be introduced into the marketing whereby from time to time a number of customers are chosen, flown to an appropriate location in Europe and given a unique experience. The highlight is with the Fighters but can also incorporate a variety of other activities to suit whatever image is required.

Old Flying Machine Company have been performing their formation aerobatics and have been flying at airshows for over thirty years. They are ideally positioned to leverage media coverage at any of the many airshows held annually across Europe. The aircraft can be equipped with gyro-stabilized video cameras enabling them to deliver onboard video coverage to the TV networks and the Web.
